The grease contains inorganic EP (Extreme Pressure ) additives, which makes it tolerate high loads. Aluminum complex grease has a unique ability to resist water.

ALCO EP 73 PLUS conforms to US Military Spec G-18458 B (SH) ALCO EP 73 PLUS provides very good protection against rust and corrosion. The fat is relatively short fibers and can be used where the tolerances are small, and stock what high speeds and high pressures have to withstand. Because of its great resistance to water, ALCO EP 73 PLUS recommended for use where flushing is very frequent e.g. in slaughterhouses, dairies etc.
